§ 21-1202. Violation of § 21-436 of this title.

(a) In general. -- A person who violates any provision of § 21-436 of this title is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $ 50.
(b) Disposition of funds. -- Half of any fine collected under this section shall be paid to the school board of the county where the violation occurred.
