§ 20-312. Penalty for violation of rule or regulation adopted under Subtitle 1 of this title

(a) Regulations. -- The Secretary may adopt regulations to implement the provisions of this subtitle.

(b) Penalty. -- A person who violates any rule or regulation that the Secretary adopts under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor.
