§ 19-910. Term and renewal of license

  •    (a) Term of license. -- A license expires on the third anniversary of its effective date, unless the license is renewed for a 3-year term as provided in this section.

    (b) Applications for renewal. -- Before the license expires, the licensee periodically may renew it for an additional 3-year term, if the licensee:

       (1) Otherwise is entitled to the license;

       (2) Pays to the Secretary a renewal fee established by the Secretary; and

       (3) Submits to the Secretary:

          (i) A renewal application on the form that the Secretary requires; and

          (ii) Satisfactory evidence of compliance with any requirements set under this subtitle for license renewal.

    (c) Issuance of renewal. -- The Secretary shall renew the license of each licensee who meets the requirements of this section.
