§ 19-722. Refusal to renew certificate; remedies

  •    (a) Authority to refuse. -- The Commissioner may refuse to renew a certificate of authority for any reason for which the Commissioner may:

       (1) Refuse to issue an original certificate; or

       (2) Suspend or revoke an existing certificate.

    (b) Remedies. -- If the Commissioner refuses to renew a certificate of authority, the applicant has the same administrative and legal remedies as those provided under this subtitle for the suspension or revocation of a certificate of authority.
