§ 19-321. Issuance and contents of license

Latest version.

   (a) Issuance. -- The Secretary shall issue a license to any applicant if the applicant and the hospital or related institution to be operated meet the requirements of this subtitle.

(b) Contents. -- The Secretary shall include on each license that the Secretary issues:

   (1) The name of the hospital or related institution; and

   (2) The classification of the hospital or related institution.
