§ 19-319.1. In-service education program

As a prerequisite to the licensing and renewal of licensing of related institutions, the Department shall require each related institution that provides long-term care and programs for patients with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders to have an in-service education program that includes instruction on dementia and the techniques necessary to manage dementia patients with regard to their physical, intellectual, and behavioral manifestations.
