§ 18-104. Cancer

Latest version.

(a) Investigations. -- The Secretary shall investigate, if feasible, means to prevent, treat, and cure cancer.

(b) Carcinogens. -- The Secretary may adopt procedures to obtain information about cancers that are caused by carcinogens and about the incidence of these cancers.
