§ 18-101. Investigations into causes of disease and mortality

Latest version.

   The Secretary shall investigate:

   (1) The causes of disease and, particularly, the causes of epidemics;

   (2) The causes of mortality; and

   (3) The influence of locality, employment, habit, and other conditions on health.
