§ 17-308. Issuance and contents of permit

Latest version.

   (a) Issuance. -- The Secretary shall issue a permit to any applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle.

(b) Contents. -- The Secretary shall include on each permit that the Secretary issues:

   (1) The name of the tissue bank;

   (2) The name of its director;

   (3) The name of its owner; and

   (4) The classes of services that the tissue bank may offer.
