§ 17-2A-11. Violations; penalties.

   (a) In general. -- A person that violates any provision of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to:

   (1) A fine not exceeding $ 100 for the first offense; and

   (2) A fine not exceeding $ 500 for each subsequent conviction for a violation of the same provision.

(b) Separate violations. -- Each day on which a violation occurs is a separate violation under this section.
