§ 15-401. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Commissioner. -- "Commissioner" means the Insurance Commissioner.

(c) Program. -- "Program" means the Qualified State Long-Term Care Insurance Partnership.
