§ 15-104. Contracts with Department of Human Resources

   The Secretary may contract with the Department of Human Resources to provide medical services to those individuals for whom:

   (1) Funds are appropriated to the Department of Human Resources; and

   (2) The Department of Human Resources is responsible under the appropriation.
