§ 13-805. Quorum; meetings; compensation and expenses; staff[Subtitle subject to abrogation]

   (a) Quorum. -- A quorum of the Commission is four members.

(b) Meetings. -- The Commission shall meet at least four times a year at the times and places that it determines.

(c) Compensation and expenses. -- A member of the Commission:

   (1) May not receive compensation for duties performed as a member of the Commission; but

   (2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.

(d) Staff. -- The Commission may employ staff and expend funds to carry out its duties and responsibilities under this subtitle in accordance with the State budget.
