§ 13-702. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Certificate. -- "Certificate" means a certificate issued by the Department or a private or public entity to administer subcutaneous injections of epinephrine.

(c) Program. -- "Program" means the Insect Sting Emergency Treatment Program.
