§ 13-508. Advisory Council -- Quorum; meetings; compensation; staff

  •    (a) Quorum. -- A majority of the members then serving on the Advisory Council is a quorum.

    (b) Meetings. -- The Advisory Council shall determine the times and places of its meetings.

    (c) Compensation. -- A member of the Advisory Council:

       (1) May not receive compensation; but

       (2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.

    (d) Staff. -- The Secretary shall designate the staff necessary to carry out this subtitle.
