§ 13-3205. Staff [Subtitle subject to abrogation].

(a) In general. -- The Department, with assistance from the Department of Aging, shall provide staff support for the Council.

(b) Staffing assistance. -- The Department may request staffing assistance from public health entities with an interest in the duties of the Council.
