§ 13-205. Educational programs

   The Advisory Council:

   (1) Shall develop and promote educational programs in the prevention, early detection, and treatment of heart disease and stroke, targeted to high-risk populations and to geographic areas where there is a high incidence of heart disease and stroke; and

   (2) May use existing programs and groups for this purpose.
