§ 13-1404. Chairman; quorum; meetings; expenses

  •    (a) Chairman. -- The Governor shall appoint the chairman of the Board.

    (b) Quorum. -- A majority of the authorized membership of the Board is a quorum.

    (c) Meetings. -- At the times and places that it determines, the Board:

       (1) Shall meet at least twice a year; and

       (2) Subject to the call by the chairman or by request of a majority of the members of the Board, may meet more frequently as deemed necessary.

    (d) Expenses. -- A member of the Board:

       (1) May not receive compensation; but

       (2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
