§ 10-911. Duties of Secretary

Latest version.

   In addition to the duties set forth elsewhere in Part II of this subtitle, in consultation with the advisory committee, the Secretary shall:

   (1) Set the policies for operation and management of the program;

   (2) Adopt rules and regulations for admission of individuals to the program; and

   (3) Make contractual arrangements for operation of the program.
