§ 10-604. Limitations on admissions -- Private group homes

  •    (a) In general. -- A private group home may admit an individual only if the individual:

       (1) Is able to understand the rules and regulations of the private group home; and

       (2) States, in writing, a willingness to comply with those rules and regulations.

    (b) Unacceptable individuals. -- A private group home may not accept an individual who:

       (1) Has a primary diagnosis of alcoholism, drug addiction, or severe brain damage; or

       (2) Shows current violent or antisocial behavior.
