§ 10-502. Rules and regulations

(a) In general. -- The Secretary shall adopt rules and regulations for licensing private, inpatient facilities.

(b) Contents. -- The rules and regulations shall ensure that care and treatment of individuals who have a mental disorder are provided in accordance with the policy stated in Subtitle 1 of this title.
