§ 10-417. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In Part III of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Center. -- "Center" means the Maryland Psychiatric Research Center.

(c) Department of Psychiatry. -- "Department of Psychiatry" means the Department of Psychiatry of the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
