§ 10-305. Duties

Latest version.

   The Maryland Advisory Council shall:

   (1) Advise the Administration generally on carrying out the provisions of this title; and

   (2) Be a strong advocate of a comprehensive, broad-based approach to the social, economic, and medical problems of mental hygiene.
