§ 13-110. Budget

(a) Summary required 30 days before submission of budget. -- At least 30 days before submission of the proposed annual operating budget to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Annapolis Authority shall publish a brief summary of the proposed annual operating budget in at least two newspapers of general circulation in the City of Annapolis.
(b) Meeting to be held 2 weeks before submission of budget. -- At least 2 weeks before the submission of a proposed annual operating budget, the Annapolis Authority shall hold an open meeting that gives the public an adequate opportunity to comment to the Executive Director of the Annapolis Authority and its Board of Commissioners.
(c) Budget to be made available 5 days before meeting. -- At least 5 days before the open meeting required under subsection (b) of this section, the Annapolis Authority shall make the proposed annual operating budget available to the public.
