§ 13-1006. Quorum; required vote; meetings; compensation

  •    (a) Quorum. -- Five members of the Authority are a quorum.

    (b) Required vote. -- Actions of the Authority must receive the affirmative vote of at least four members.

    (c) Meetings. -- The Authority shall determine the times and places of its meetings.

    (d) Compensation; reimbursement. -- A member of the Authority:

       (1) May not receive compensation; but

       (2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
