§ 5-590. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this Part IX of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Council. -- "Council" means the Early Childhood Development Advisory Council.

(c) State Superintendent. -- "State Superintendent" means the State Superintendent of Schools.
