§ 5-1036. Costs

(a) In general. -- Except as otherwise provided in this section, the court may award costs under this subtitle in accordance with the Maryland Rules.

(b) Payment by county. -- The court may order all or part of the costs to be paid by the county where the proceeding is instituted.

(c) Payment by any party. -- The court may order any party to pay the costs of the proceeding.
