§ 7-708. Civil penalty

(a) In general. -- A person who violates this subtitle or any regulation adopted under this subtitle is subject to a civil penalty not exceeding $ 1,000 per violation.

(b) Separate violation. -- Each day that a violation continues is a separate violation.
