§ 6-808. Meetings

   (a) Frequency, times and places. -- The Commission shall meet at least quarterly at the times and places it determines.

(b) Chairman. -- From among the members, the Governor shall appoint the Chairman of the Commission.

(c) Quorum. --

   (1) A majority of the members then serving on the Commission constitutes a quorum.

   (2) The Commission may act upon a majority vote of the quorum.

(d) Compensation; expenses. -- A member of the Commission:

   (1) May not receive compensation; but

   (2) Is entitled to reimbursement from the Fund for reasonable travel expenses related to attending meetings and other Commission events in accordance with the Standard State Travel Regulations.
