§ 3-405. Injunctive actions.

  •    (a) In general. -- A political subdivision may bring an action to enjoin any conduct that is a willful violation of any provision of this title or any rule, regulation, or order adopted or issued under this title.

    (b) Prior notice required. -- An action may not be brought under this section unless the person against whom it is brought has been given a reasonable time to comply with the provision that is the basis of the action.
