§ 13-302. Qualifications of applicants

(a) In general. -- The Board shall adopt rules and regulations for the qualifications of applicants.

(b) Requirements. -- Except as otherwise provided in this title, to qualify for a license, an applicant shall meet any reasonable qualifications or requirements that the Board establishes for license applicants.
