§ 1-812. Effect on Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.

(a) Modification, limitation in general. -- Except as provided under subsection (b) of this section, this subtitle modifies, limits, or supersedes the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.

(b) Exceptions. -- This subtitle does not modify, limit, or supersede § 7001(a) or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in § 7003(b) of the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.
