§ 13-323. Construction of subtitle

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- This subtitle shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this subtitle among states enacting it.

(b) Subtitle not exclusive method. -- This subtitle may not be construed as providing an exclusive method for making transfers to minors.
