§ 1-302. Transmittal of document by facsimile

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, the filing of any document specified in this article may be made by electronic facsimile transmittal.

(b) Exception. -- A document may not be filed by electronic facsimile transmittal if the document is required to contain a signed affidavit.
