§ 3-704. Meetings

   (a) Requirements in general. --

   (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the county board shall meet:

      (i) At least once each month during the months of July and August; and

      (ii) At least twice each month during the months of September through June.

   (2) The county board shall meet at least 24 times each year.

(b) Actions to be public. -- Except for those actions authorized by subsection (c) of this section, all actions of the county board shall be taken at a public meeting and a record of the meeting and all actions shall be made public.

(c) Closed sessions. -- The county board may take actions in closed session in accordance with § 10-508 of the State Government Article, including action to close a meeting.
