§ 3-1404. Compensation

   (a) Determination. -- Subject to subsection (b) of this section, the members shall receive compensation as set by the county commissioners.

(b) Minimums. --

   (1) The salary of each member of the county board shall be at least $ 3,200.

   (2) The salary of the president of the county board shall be at least $ 3,600.
