§ 24-301. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following terms have the meanings indicated.

(b) Board. -- "Board" means the Board of Governors of the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center.

(c) Center. -- "Center" means the Southern Maryland Higher Education Center.

(d) Commission. -- "Commission" means the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
