§ 5-410. Quorum; meetings; compensation

  •    (a) Quorum; voting. --

       (1) Five members of the Authority are a quorum.

       (2) An affirmative vote of at least four members is needed for the Authority to act.

    (b) Meetings. -- The Authority shall determine the times and places of its meetings.

    (c) Compensation; reimbursement for expenses. -- A member of the Authority:

       (1) is not entitled to compensation as a member of the Authority; but

       (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
