§ 5-409. Officers

Latest version.

   (a) In general. --

   (1) From among its members, the Authority shall elect a chair and a vice chair.

   (2) The Executive Director serves as secretary of the Authority.

(b) Election and terms of office. -- The Authority shall determine the manner of election of officers and their terms of office.
