§ 4-205. Officers

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- Each year the Board shall elect a chair, five vice chairs, and a secretary-treasurer from among its members.

(b) Required representation. -- Of the five vice chairs, there shall be one representative each from the lodging, food service, transportation, retail, and amusements and attractions sectors.
