§ 3-205. Annual report

Latest version.

(a) Required. -- The Advisory Board shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, to the General Assembly on or before December 15 of each year.

(b) Contents. -- The report shall include any recommendations from the Advisory Board and a summary of the activities of the Advisory Board during the preceding year.
