§ 2-204. Officers; executive committee

(a) Chair. -- The Governor shall designate a chair or co-chairs from the voting members of the Commission.

(b) Executive committee. -- The Commission may elect an executive committee from its members to exercise the powers and functions of the Commission between meetings of the Commission.
