§ 15-104. Fund established; nature

(a) Established. -- There is a Baltimore City Community Enhancement Transit-Oriented Development Fund.

(b) Nature. -- The Fund is a special, nonlapsing fund that is not subject to § 7-302 of the State Finance and Procurement Article.
