§ 13-412. Staff and resources; participation from other units; legal advisor

(a) Staff and resources. -- The State Department of Agriculture shall provide the Council with necessary staff support and resources, including office space.

(b) Participation by other units. -- Each unit in the Executive Branch of State government shall participate in the deliberations of the Council and work with the Council on matters relating to the unit.

(c) Legal advisor. -- The Attorney General is the legal advisor to the Council.
