§ 13-411. Executive Director

Latest version.

   (a) Appointment. -- The Council shall employ an Executive Director.

(b) Duties. -- The Executive Director:

   (1) is responsible for the daily operations of the Council; and

   (2) shall help develop policy recommendations for consideration by the Council or the Executive Board.

(c) Tenure. -- The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Executive Board.
