§ 11-421. Annual report

Latest version.

   (a) Required. -- On or before October 1 of each year, the Corporation shall submit a report to:

   (1) the Governor;

   (2) the County Commissioners;

   (3) the Department; and

   (4) in accordance with § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.

(b) Contents. -- The report shall include a complete operating and financial statement covering the operations of the Corporation during the preceding fiscal year and a summary of the activities of the Corporation during the preceding fiscal year.
