§ 11-419. Advisory Board

(a) Established. -- The Board shall establish a Bainbridge Development Advisory Board.
(b) Membership. -- The Advisory Board consists of:
(1) a representative of the County Commissioners;
(2) the State legislative delegation of Cecil County;
(3) a representative of the Mayor of Port Deposit;
(4) a representative of the Town Council of Port Deposit;
(5) the President of Cecil Community College;
(6) the Superintendent of the Cecil County Public Schools;
(7) the Coordinator of the Lower Susquehanna Heritage Greenway; and
(8) other individuals the Board of Directors selects.
