§ 10-832. Awards; consultation.

(a) Awards. -- To carry out the purposes of the Program, the Center shall award financial assistance under this part.

(b) Required consultation. -- The Center shall consult with the Administration, the Department, and other appropriate governmental units in the development of the Program.
