§ 10-809. Meetings; quorum.

(a) Meetings. -- The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings.
(b) Quorum; voting. --
(1) A majority of the appointed and qualified members of the Board is a quorum.
(2) The Board may act with an affirmative vote of a majority of the appointed and qualified members of the Board.
