§ 10-803. Construction and effect of subtitle.

(a) Construction of subtitle. -- This subtitle shall be liberally construed to carry out its purposes.

(b) Effect of subtitle. -- This subtitle may not be construed to limit or restrict the duties, programs, or authority of the Maryland Energy Administration.
